If you’re looking for the perfect activity to entertain the kids with this October, then look no further. AustCycle Provider Sydney Bike Skills is running a mountain bike clinic in Wahroonga this Saturday, 6 October.

The beginner course is aimed at people who would like an introduction to mountain biking and covers the fundamental skills required to ride off road.

The course will teach participants how to conduct a helmet and bike check, perform emergency braking, select correct gears, manoeuvre over small obstacles like roots and branches, as well as perform roll overs and wheelies.

Run by Accredited AustCycle Teacher Lisa McHarg, the course will begin at 9am and finish at 11am.
