Communications & Media Coordinator – Position Summary
The Communication & Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and national expansion of AustCycle programs. The primary focus of the role is to promote and generate awareness of industry stakeholders and the wider community to the benefits of cycle training, principally through the use of electronic communication platforms including website, email, facebook, twitter and newsletters.
The role requires experience in relationship management in order to work closely with a range of external stakeholders in particular media organisations, Federal, State and Local Governments, sponsors and the broader cycling industry.
This role requires an experienced operator capable of;
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
- Producing media releases, stories and online content
- Maintaining electronic media including websites, facebook and twitter
- Planning and implementing communication and marketing strategies
- Managing multiple projects at the one time
A salary package in the range $50k-$60k inclusive of superannuation will be available to the successful applicant, depending on qualifications and experience.
