Six people are now on their way to becoming accredited AustCycle Teachers after completing the Level 1 Teacher Accreditation Training Program in Perth on 23-24 October 2010. This means Western Australians learning to ride will soon have access to accredited training so they can safely and confidently enjoy cycling in any environment.

Some comments from participants on the course:

We got the most benefit from the traffic management and risk aspect of the program tied to the practical coaching skills.

Both (course presenters) were very good and an asset to the AustCycle program.
